Two-Step Interview
A deeper look at your work. We review the campaigns, builds, or projects you have done in the past, and walk through how you approach problems. Depending on the role, we may also share a short take-home brief.
Offer
If we both want to go ahead, you get an offer in writing with comp, scope, and start date. Onboarding takes a week. Tooling, your first brand, and a buddy from day one.

Two weeks on average from your first application to a written offer. We reply to every application within 3 working days, even when the answer is no.
What are your work hours and location?
Five days a week from our Shahpur Jat (New Delhi) office, with Wednesday as a work-from-home day. We believe in-person work is where most of the learning happens, especially in the first year.
How is compensation decided?
We benchmark to the upper third of the Indian D2C agency market and adjust based on level, scope, and the brands you will own. We discuss numbers openly on the founder call, not at the offer stage.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes, but pick the one you would take first. If we see a better fit elsewhere, we will suggest it on the intro call.

Do you hire freshers and interns?
Yes. Our Performance Marketing Intern role is open year-round and several full-time team members joined us through it. We look for sharp thinking, craft, and a willingness to learn fast.
