We are looking for someone who sees an ad and immediately wonders why it worked. This role is for a curious beginner who wants to understand Meta Ads, creative ideas and how performance marketing grows a brand.
We care more about hunger than years of experience. A basic performance marketing course or up to six months of relevant experience is enough if you are curious, thoughtful and willing to learn.
