We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer who has strong hands-on Meta Ads experience with D2C brands. You will take ownership of strategy, campaign structure, creative direction, scaling decisions and client communication across a portfolio of brands.
This role is for someone who understands that performance is not only about managing campaigns. It is about knowing what should change, why it should change and how that decision affects growth.

Account Performance
Own Meta Ads outcomes across ROAS, CAC, MER and revenue for a portfolio of D2C brands.
Campaign Structure
Plan and manage ABO, CBO, ASC and retargeting with clear reasoning behind each decision.
Creative Direction
Define hooks, angles and formats, brief the creative team and plan tests with clear hypotheses.
Growth Decisions
Decide when to increase spend, adjust direction or pause an approach based on performance.
Client Communication
Lead reviews, communicate clearly and flag issues with a plan before they become larger problems.
Team Support
Support account quality through reviews, clear feedback and strong performance standards.
You Are A Strong
Match If.
You have 2 to 4 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, with meaningful exposure to D2C brands.
You have independently managed monthly spends of ₹5L or more on Meta and can explain the results achieved.
You understand creative strategy, including hooks, formats, messaging and why one ad performs better than another.
You can assess an account and identify gaps in structure, creatives, audience or offer.
You have worked at a performance agency or within a D2C brand.
You take responsibility for client budgets and outcomes.
