3) Scaling Winning Creatives
We continuously tested and analyzed the ad performance to see what worked best. After identifying a winning creative, we didn’t just let it sit there. We took it and scaled it up using bid cap campaigns, which helped us manage costs while maximizing reach and effectiveness. This strategy allowed us to reach more potential customers without overspending, driving consistent revenue growth.
4) Strategic Offers and Average Order Value (AOV) Optimization
We analyzed the client’s Average Order Value and units sold per transaction. Based on our findings, we developed strategic cart value offers that incentivized higher spending. This boosted the client’s AOV by 20%, increasing it from 1718 to approx 2000, and contributed to the overall revenue growth.
